MISSION

In partnership with the State of Florida and local communities, through public education and cooperation, it is the mission of the Sea Turtle Trackers, Inc. to assure a suitable habitat for sea turtles, people, and the ecosystem of the islands and their surrounding waters.

Here is a view of our local area. We patrol St. Pete Beach and Shell Key Preserve. We respond to stranding events in a wider area, and participate in beach cleanups, education events, and other environmental outreach throughout the Tampa Bay area.
